The Baltic regulators' meeting takes place every year following the cooperation agreement signed in 2005 between Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian regulators. The Swedish Broadcasting Authority attended the meeting for the first time.

The main topic of the meeting was jurisdiction and cooperation between EU members under Article 4 of the Audiovisual Media Services Directive. The regulators also discussed questions related to the digitisation process, the future of local television and the audiovisual on-demand services: what kind of services are available in Baltic region and how the registration procedure works.
