Rotterdam - 59th EPRA meeting

The 59th EPRA meeting will take place in Rotterdam, in the Netherlands, from 5 to 7 June 2024 at the kind invitation of the Dutch Commissariaat voor de Media.

The Executive Board is warmly inviting you to participate in this in-person reunion, which will allow the members of the EPRA network to meet again, and to exchange on topical audiovisual regulatory issues. 

The meeting venue – also the accommodation centre – will be the ss Rotterdam (former Holland America Line steamship). You are invited to book your accommodation via this booking link, before the deadline of 4 May 2024.

No country reports are requested. A summary of the country reports received for the year 2023 will be provided.

Social events organised by the host:

• Welcome reception at New York Hotel

• Diner at the Wereldmuseum with a concert by renowned flamenco guitarist Eric Vaarzon Morel and 5 talented international musicians 

• Farewell lunch at the ss Rotterdam

• Free guided walking tour of Rotterdam (Friday, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM)

Please note that our hosts will not charge any participation fee but participation is limited to delegations up to three persons.
