EPRA News
EPRA's revamped website officially launched
After months of hard work, the brand-new EPRA website was officially launched during our 63rd meeting in Tirana (20-22 May).
The new interface was presented by Emmanuelle Machet, Head of the EPRA Secretariat, in the Agora session of the Tirana meeting on 21 May. You will find the presentation attached below.
What is different?
This new platform offers a more modern, intuitive interface, making it easier than ever to navigate and access key resources. The objectives established at the outset of the project were the following:
- to enhance usability and navigation
- to modernise the website's layout
- to ensure safety and accessibility
- to develop a reliable admin system
The Executive Board and the EPRA Secretariat chose to pursue modernisation rather than a complete relaunch, in order to maintain continuity with existing content, principles, and tools. This approach ensures that members and other visitors can continue to use the website much as they did before.
This project was carried out by a small, agile team consisting of a graphic designer (Jacob Nordström) and a developer (Yann Klis). The Executive Board and the Secretariat would like to express their gratitude for their efficiency and proactive approach throughout the project.
Next steps
In the coming weeks, we willl be holding a training webinar for orgadmins (members with administrative privileges): all concerned parties will receive a calendar invitation shortly.
We want to ensure that all resources on the website are up-to-date. Please let us know if you see any obsolete information concerning your organisation.
We are still working with the developer to address any bugs and fine-tune the final details. If you come across any issues or experience any difficulties, please contact the EPRA Secretariat.
