Vienna - 46th EPRA Meeting

The 46th EPRA meeting will take place on 11-13 Oct. 2017 in Vienna, at the joint invitation of KommAustria/ RTR-GmbH.

The meeting and main accommodation venue will be the Imperial Riding School Renaissance Vienna Hotel. The Lindner Hotel am Belvedere, the Enziana Hotel Vienna, the Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen Vienna and the Hotel NH Wien Belvedere a few minutes further away, will provide additional rooms. Please book your accommodation in one of the five hotels via the links provided in the "Hotel Information" document. You are kindly advised to proceed with the bookings as soon as possible to benefit from the special rates.

• Please be advised that our hosts will charge a participation fee of 200 EUR per additional participant for delegations of more than two persons.

Deadlines:

• Accommodation booking : As soon as possible! (Please note that there are only a few vacancies left at the conference hotel)

• Meeting registration: 5 September (The same deadline applies to the participation-fee form, where applicable)

• Country reports submission deadline: 15 September
