Dublin - 64th EPRA meeting

The 64th EPRA meeting will take place in Dublin, Ireland, from 14 to 16 October 2026 at the kind invitation of the Coimisiún na Meán.

The Executive Board is warmly inviting you to participate in this in-person reunion, which will allow the members of the EPRA network to meet again, and to exchange on topical media regulatory issues.

• The meeting will be held at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel.
   

• Hotels with preferential rates as well as other options are listed in the the information booklet attached below. Hotel prices in Dublin are quite high, and rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. We recommend booking your hotel by the end of August at the latest to take advantage of the special rates at our selected hotels.
   

• Registration for the meeting is as usual via the form below until 14 September.
   

• The EPRA Secretariat will collect Country Spotlights to help inform the plenary sessions in Dublin. To assist you in drafting your Country Spotlight, we have prepared guidelines and a reporting template. You will find this document attached. Please fill in the document and submit it before 28 September.
   

• In the section "attached documents" below, you will find the draft agenda of the meeting.
   

• Please note that participation is limited to delegations up to three persons.
