Antwerp - 55th EPRA Meeting

The 55th EPRA meeting will take place on 11-13 May 2022 in Antwerp, at the kind invitation of the Flemish Regulatory Authority for the Media (VRM).

The Executive Board is warmly inviting you to participate in this reunion, which will allow the members of the EPRA network to meet in person again, after a series of online meetings.

The meeting venue - and main accommodation centre - will be the Hilton Antwerp Old Town Hotel. We advise you to book your accommodation as soon as possible, before the deadline of 1 April 2022.

• 4th (or more) participant fee form

Please note that there will be no participation fee for delegations up to 3 members. Additional delegates will have to pay a 200 EUR fee (per person).

Deadlines:

• Meeting registration: 1 April 2022

• Hotel bookings: 1 April 2022

Kindly note that following the members' consultation regarding interpretation in 2019, VRM was granted an exceptional exemption from providing simultaneous interpretation during the meeting: the Antwerp meeting will be held in English only
